The hedge fund is entirely owned and operated by you as the manager. Hedgia only provides back-office services like administration and accounting. Your fund assets are completely separate from our company.

Manager accounts are $30 per month, while investor accounts are completely free.

Series 65 is not required but is considered best practice. We may decline managers with limited experience and no licenses. Exact requirements vary by state.

Registered investment advisors are not currently supported on our platform. We focus on private fund structures that avoid RIA registration requirements to keep costs minimal.

We form funds locally in each state to minimize costs, with optionality for Delaware coming soon. Offshore domiciles like Cayman currently aren't supported as we focus on cost-effective domestic US structures.

Currently we only support highly liquid assets that can be monitored through integrated brokerage accounts. Real estate, artwork, and other alternatives are planned for future releases based on customer demand.

Currently US customers only. International expansion is planned as we establish domestic operations.

We currently integrate with Interactive Brokers and plan to expand to additional brokers. For digital assets, brokerage integration is in development.
